Krista Carlin is a Registered Social Worker with a passion for fostering growth, resilience, and wellness across the lifespan. She has specialized knowledge, training, and experience working with children, youth, adults, and older adults in Mental Health and Medical Social Work settings, specifically in Emergency, Neuroscience and Trauma, and Acute Medicine departments.
She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto and previous degrees from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Health, Aging, and Society. She has clinical training in Mindfulness Therapy from the University of Toronto, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy-Informed Practice for adults from Adler Graduate Professional School and for children and youth from SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health.
